At Hand in Hand Therapy, we prioritize what’s best for your child and family while fostering connection and empowerment for everyone we work alongside with. Instead of directly billing insurance companies, we operate as a fee-for-service provider. This approach allows us to offer a level of care that is free from the limitations often imposed by insurance policies, ensuring that your child’s needs come first.
Operating in this way means we can tailor every aspect of your child’s treatment plan, from the pace of progress to the frequency of sessions, based on what is truly needed with the freedom to focus on your child’s well-being. We truly have the flexibility to provide care that is specifically designed for your child within each and every session rather than being dictated by the constraints of insurance companies. It’s all about providing a more personalized, effective experience for your child and family.
While we don’t bill insurance directly, we are more than happy to provide you with an invoice or “super bill” upon request. You can submit this to your insurance company for potential reimbursement, depending on your plan’s out-of-network benefits. This means that, even though we’re not in-network with insurance providers, you still have the option to seek reimbursement if your plan allows.
